Lance D. Geselbracht, P.E.
Director
President and CEO
Lance D. Geselbracht is a registered professional civil engineer in the state of Washington with over 25 years of experience in heavy civil construction, groundwater resources and environmental remediation. Mr. Geselbracht received his bachelors of science in Civil Engineering from California State University at Sacramento in 1978 and worked in various capacities for multinational engineering/construction firms Peter Kiewit Sons’ Co. and IT Corporation.
Ronald Goguen, Sr
Director and Co-Chairman of the Board
Mr. Goguen is the founding shareholder of Landdrill International Inc’s predecessor company, and he has been President & CEO of Landdrill since taking them public in March 2006. Ron purchased his first exploration drilling company, Ideal Drilling, in 1980. In 1981, he added a second exploration drilling company and increased sales and net income significantly. Those companies were combined to become Major Drilling Group International Inc., a publicly traded company that has traded on the TSX since March 1995 (TSX:MDI). Ron served as President and Chief Executive Officer until 2000 and during this time was a key driving force in building Major Drilling into one of the largest mineral drilling service companies in the world (33 operations in 15 countries).
Since leaving Major Drilling in 2000, Ron has served as the President of Royal Oaks Real Estates Inc. and Royal Oaks Golf & Country Club. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Northeast Bank since 1990. During 2006 Ron was appointed Chairman of the Board for Beaver Brook Antimony Mine Inc., and he remained so until bringing this operation into production during early 2008. Beaver Brook is the largest antimony mine outside of China. Now that this company is operating, management has been put in place to carry on its operation and Ron remains one of its Directors. During 1995 Ron was named Atlantic Canada’s Entrepreneur of the year as presented by Governor General of Canada.
Paul Bartos, Ph.D.
Director and Co-Chairman of the Board
Dr. Bartos is a noted authority on epithermal deposits and currently is the Vice President/ Chief Geologist of Esperanza Resources Corp. where he was instrumental in the discovery of the San Luis bonanza vein deposit. This deposit, which was recently sold to Silver Standard Resources, has proven and probable reserves of 503,313 tonnes averaging 17.95 g/t Au, 446.14 g/t Ag (290,484 ounces gold, 7,219,435 ounces silver). San Luis represents one of the highest grade precious metal deposits found in recent years. Prior to this, Dr. Bartos was with ASARCO Inc., with his most recent position as Latin American Exploration and Business Development Manager. Among other accomplishments, he was responsible for the discovery and development of the San Bartolome silver deposit in Bolivia. This deposit, containing an estimated 107 million ounces of proven and probable silver reserves, is currently in production by Coeur d’Alene Mines Corp.,
Jonathan A. Nourse, Ph.D.

Vice President, Exploration
Dr. Jon A. Nourse, Ph.D has conducted geologic field research in Sonora, Mexico since 1985. Dr. Nourse is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and in 1989 completed his doctoral dissertation at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) which described the geology and structure of the Magdalena metamorphic core complex in Sonora. He has produced several publications on Tertiary extension, Laramide contraction, and Proterozoic basement geology in Sonora, and is co-editor of the recently published Geological Society of America Special Paper on the Mojave-Sonora megashear. Since 1999, he has completed several reports describing structurally controlled gold deposits within the Sonora mineral belt. Dr. Nourse has been teaching geology full-time at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona for the past seventeen years.
Roger Doucet
Director
Roger Doucet, B.Sc. in geology, is the Director of Exploration for Agnico-Eagle Mines in Mexico and has been an officer of several public and private mineral exploration companies including Ancash Mining, Dynacor Mines Inc., Morrison Minerals Ltd., and Inca Drilling S.A. Peru. From 1975 to 1988, he worked for Lac Minerals Ltd. during which he discovered the Bousquet 1 gold mine and was involved with discovery of the Doyon Gold Mine. He was granted the “Prospector of the Year” Award in 1978 by the Québec Prospectors Association for the discovery of the Doyon and Bousquet #1 deposits in Abitibi, Quebec. Mr. Doucet was in charge of the reevaluation of the East-Malartic and Canadian Malartic mines which lead to the discovery of large, low grade gold zones. Mr. Doucet has been the Exploration Manager for Agnico-Eagle Mines in Mexico since 2006 with responsibilities that include mineral exploration activities at Agnico’s sites including Pinos Altos.
William R. Walker

William R. Walker is a graduate of McGill University ( B.A. 1980 ). He is a self-employed Mortgage Consultant in Nanaimo BC. Current directorships include All Island Equity Mortgage Investment Corp.,Community Futures Development Corporation of Central Island and Cadence Resource Corp.
